These terms apply to items bought through this website from the Toganmain online shop, operated by the Toganmain Woolshed committee (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Items and prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of postage, which is added or arranged separately. We try to keep prices and availability accurate but may update them at any time before you order.
Ordering and payment
To order, enter your details on the site and complete payment securely through Square. Your order is accepted once payment has been received. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
Postage and delivery
We post within Australia. Postage cost is confirmed at checkout / advised before payment. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times depend on Australia Post or the courier and are outside our control.
Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund — please contact us and, where relevant, we will cover return postage.
