Market Stallholder Application
The Toganmain Woolshed Precinct Inc would like to invite you to hold a market stall at September 2026 Open Day, Saturday 12 September 2026. Market stalls will operate 10am – 3pm. Please read and complete the form below if you would like to be part of our event.
Applications and payment close Saturday 5 September 2026.
General Information
- Insurance: All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance for $10 million and attach a copy with this application.
- Stallholder fee is $20.00 and is not refundable.
- Tables, chairs and equipment will not be provided by the Toganmain Woolshed Precinct Inc.
- Trailers and vans are to be parked away from the site unless discussed and approved with the coordinator before applying.
- The coordinator reserves the right to determine your stall location. Every effort will be made to comply with your wishes, however sometimes this is not possible.
- Similar stalls will be limited and dispersed to provide variety for the patrons.
- Please do not set up your stall until you have been advised of your allocated position.
General Safety Guidelines
- You must provide your own extension leads suitable for external use (tagged by an electrician). These leads must be taped down with strong waterproof tape.
- Signs must be installed so as not to be a danger to the public.
- Fastening pegs or spikes are to be wrapped or protected and must not present a tripping or falling danger to the public.
- Gazebos must be weighted adequately. Please tell us on the form if you are bringing a gazebo.
Application Checklist
- Read this stall information and the safety guidelines, and sign the agreement below.
- Attach a current copy of your $10 million public liability insurance.
- Food stalls: also attach your food business registration and food safety supervisor certificate (exemptions available subject to conditions).
- Pay the non-refundable $20.00 stall fee securely by card when you submit — you'll be taken to Square to complete payment.
